What's in the book?
This handbook contains lots of games and exercises to warm up your body, voice, heart and brain.
The aim of the exercises in the book is to bring people of all ages closer together through singing, music and movement.
A collection of over 130 different exercises and ideas on how the warm-up can be both a greenhouse for community and togetherness, the joy of singing as well as a playful learning space for musical and vocal development.
